At the Conan Gray Official Store, we want you to love your merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and music products may have specific restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
